- 1 cup unsweetened original almond milk
- ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 large banana sliced
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 60 g chocolate protein powder about 2 scoops
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
Chocolate protein powder: We use this 100% whey protein powder for our shakes since it's made from high-quality ingredients and has great flavor. Feel free to substitute this with your protein powder of choice - as long as it's chocolate :)
Measuring peanut butter: When measuring sticky ingredients like peanut butter, lightly grease the measuring cup with cooking spray first! This will help you cleanly transfer the right amount of peanut butter into the blender.
