Teriyaki Pulled Pork Pull Apart Sliders

You only need 4 ingredients and 20 minutes to make these delicious and unique Asian fusion teriyaki pulled pork pull apart sliders!

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place the Hawaiian rolls in a baking dish. With a small paring knife, carefully cut circles into the top of each roll, slicing about halfway down into the roll. Use your fingers to gently tear the centers out, so that you end up with small wells in each roll.
  • Stuff the rolls with pulled pork, then pour the triple ginger teriyaki sauce evenly over the sliders. Top with sliced scallions.
  • Bake sliders for 10 minutes, or until warm and slightly golden. Serve immediately.

Notes

Slow cooker pulled pork: You can make our easy slow cooker pulled pork ahead of time for this recipe, or use store-bought pulled pork for an easier shortcut.
Kikkoman Takumi Teriyaki Sauce: We absolutely recommend using the triple ginger Kikkoman Takumi sauce for this recipe. It's thicker than a typical teriyaki sauce, almost like a glaze, so it gets sticky and delicious (although messy) when it bakes into these sliders. Plus, the triple ginger flavor adds a ton of zing that complements the savory pork and sweet Hawaiian rolls!
Cutting wells into the Hawaiian rolls: The goal is to end up with a hole in each roll you can stuff with pork - check out our video here on how to do this if you need a visual! The leftover bread makes a great snack while you're cooking - or you can save it for later to make french toast bites or croutons.
