- 2 tbsp purple popcorn whole grain
- 1 tsp parmesan cheese grated
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp dried basil
- ⅛ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Pinch ground thyme
- Pinch sea salt
- Pinch black pepper
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Pop purple popcorn in the microwave for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds (or until popping slows to more than 2 seconds between pops).
Combine grated parmesan, garlic powder, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, thyme, sea salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Toss popped popcorn in olive oil, then sprinkle with seasoning blend. Toss to combine and enjoy!
