Total Time 10 minutes mins
- 4.5 oz baked brie drizzled with honey
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- 4 oz mascarpone
- ⅓ cup caramel dip
- 3 oz brioche cubed
- 3 oz glazed pecans
- ½ cup mini peanut butter cups
- 3 oz sea salt pita chips
- 1 medium red apple sliced
Drizzle brie with honey and bake according to package directions. Carefully place baked brie in the center of a large serving board or tray.
Portion mini chocolate chips, mascarpone, and caramel dip into small bowls. Optionally top mascarpone with a few mini chocolate chips. Arrange the bowls on the serving board.
Fill in the empty spaces on the board with brioche cubes, glazed pecans, mini peanut butter cups, pita chips, and apple slices. We recommend placing the apple slices near the caramel, the pita chips near the baked brie, and the brioche near the mascarpone and mini chocolate chips.
Serve immediately with small cheese knives for the brie and mascarpone, and small spoons for the caramel and mini chocolate chips. Enjoy!
Baked brie: We recommend buying a high-quality brie cheese like Alouette (it's our favorite!). Drizzle some honey on top before baking for a delicious sweet treat.
Glazed pecans: Substitute with your favorite candied nuts for a crunchy, sweet and savory component on your dessert charcuterie board.
Crackers: You really only need one type of cracker for this charcuterie board, to go with the baked brie. We love Town House sea salt pita chips because they taste great with anything!
