Sweet Charcuterie Board
Equipment
Ingredients
- 4.5 ounces baked brie drizzled with honey
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- 4 ounces mascarpone
- ⅓ cup caramel dip
- 3 ounces brioche cubed
- 3 ounces glazed pecans
- ½ cup mini peanut butter cups
- 3 ounces sea salt pita chips
- 1 medium red apple sliced
Instructions
- Drizzle brie with honey and bake according to package directions. Carefully place baked brie in the center of a large serving board or tray.
- Portion mini chocolate chips, mascarpone, and caramel dip into small bowls. Optionally top mascarpone with a few mini chocolate chips. Arrange the bowls on the serving board.
- Fill in the empty spaces on the board with brioche cubes, glazed pecans, mini peanut butter cups, pita chips, and apple slices. We recommend placing the apple slices near the caramel, the pita chips near the baked brie, and the brioche near the mascarpone and mini chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately with small cheese knives for the brie and mascarpone, and small spoons for the caramel and mini chocolate chips. Enjoy!
