Slice avocados open and remove pits. Scoop ripe avocado flesh into a bowl, add lime juice, and mash with a fork until smooth.
Add tomato, red onion, and jalapeno to the bowl and stir well to combine.
Stir in sea salt to taste, and serve with tortilla chips!
