Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe avocados
  • ½ fresh lime juiced
  • 1 medium roma tomato diced
  • ¼ medium red onion diced
  • 1 medium jalapeno diced
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Slice avocados open and remove pits. Scoop ripe avocado flesh into a bowl, add lime juice, and mash with a fork until smooth.
  • Add tomato, red onion, and jalapeno to the bowl and stir well to combine.
  • Stir in sea salt to taste, and serve with tortilla chips!

Notes

Adding tomato, red onion, and jalapeno: Produce sizes can vary a lot, so we suggest aiming for equal amounts of diced tomato and red onion. Use as much jalapeno as you can handle - it'll give your guac a nice kick!
Fresh lime: Freshly squeezed lime juice makes all the difference in guacamole! It's so flavorful and adds a zesty punch that brightens all the flavors.
