Notes

Tip: We use this Cuisinart burger press to get the perfect patties every time! It helps us make sure they have the same size and thickness so that they cook at the same rate.
Freezing option: You can prep a bunch of these burger patties at once and freeze them for easy grilling later on! After shaping, we like to individually wrap them in plastic wrap and store them in a large freezer bag. (The plastic wrap will prevent them from sticking to each other. Alternatively, you can use squares of wax paper between the patties.) They'll stay fresh for up to 3 months - just make sure to label them with the date so you know when to use them by!
Sticking burgers: If your burgers are sticking to your pan or to your grill, they are not ready to be flipped or removed. Give them another minute or so and they will come away freely.
