Prepare the Jalapeno Bacon Beer Cheese first, then let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.*
Prepare the burger meat, following steps 1-2 of our Classic Burger Patties recipe. When forming the patties, stuff each patty with about 2 tbsp of the cooled Jalapeno Bacon Beer Cheese.*
Grill the burger patties according to your preferred method, until desired doneness, topping with sliced cheddar cheese about halfway through cooking. Since these burgers are stuffed with cold cheese, we recommend cooking for a few extra minutes than you normally would.*
Spread about 1 tsp of Sir Kensington's Special Sauce on the inside of each bun.
Transfer cooked patties to buns and top each with a crispy onion ring.
