Easy 4-Ingredient BBQ Pulled Pork Dip (Perfect for Game Day!)
Make this creamy BBQ pulled pork dip with just 4 ingredients for your next game day party! It’s the perfect combination of sweet and savory, with plenty of cheesy goodness to dig into with your favorite chips and ready in just 35 minutes.
Add softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, barbecue sauce, and pulled pork to a large baking dish. Mix well to combine, smashing the cream cheese with the back of a spoon as you go to help break it down.
Bake for 20 minutes, then stir well to combine. Bake for another 10 minutes.
Stir well, then optionally top with a drizzle of barbecue sauce and chives. Serve hot with Fritos scoops.
Notes
Softening cream cheese: Let it sit on the counter for about 30 minutes. Or, you can microwave it for about 15 seconds if you're in a pinch.Barbecue sauce: This is where the dip gets all its flavor, so use one you love! Just make sure it has a moderate consistency; something too thick (like Sweet Baby Ray's) or too thin will mess with the consistency of the dip.Pulled pork: Prep this ahead of time, use leftovers, or even use store bought. We always have a stash of pulled pork in our freezer, since we buy a big pork shoulder at Costco every few months and then cook it up in our crockpot.Scaling: It's easy to scale this up for parties. Use a large foil baking dish if you're feeding a crowd and don't want to worry about cleanup afterwards!Make ahead instructions: You can mix up the dip ahead of time, then put it in the fridge until you're ready to bake it and serve. Note that you may need to extend the baking time by about 10 minutes to make sure it's hot enough.
