Notes
Stir to chill before adding the ginger beer - Combine all the ingredients with ice before topping with ginger beer. Vigorous stirring of a carbonated liquid will greatly reduce the carbonation. We want to make sure that the bubbles are bubbly for this mocktail.Make the cranberry rosemary simple syrup ahead of time - Since our simple syrup recipe has to infuse and cool before you use it, it’s best to make it a day or more in advance. It keeps well in the fridge for up to 1 month.Make it an experience - The difference between feeling like you’re drinking a mocktail and, well, juice really comes down to the experience. Adding a garnish, using a fancy glass, and making sure your drink is highly carbonated are the types of things that elevate a drink and make it feel like the mocktail it deserves to be.Batch prep - Combine the pomegranate juice, lime juice, and cranberry rosemary simple syrup in a pitcher and stir well to combine. Let your guests pour themselves a glass and top with ginger beer. We want to make sure the ginger beer stays fresh and carbonated!
