What This Recipe Entails

All you need to make this recipe is light mayo and sriracha. Stir to combine, and enjoy! It doesn’t get much easier than that.

Sriracha Aioli Ingredients

As we mentioned, this recipe requires just two ingredients:

  • Light mayo
  • Sriracha

If you prefer the taste and texture of regular mayo, you can use that in place of light mayo. And as for the sriracha, you can use your favorite brand. Personally, we love Kikkoman’s sriracha since it’s super spicy.

How To Make And Store Spicy Sriracha Aioli

Making a recipe doesn’t get any easier than sriracha aioli. Thanks to just two ingredients and no cooking, all you need to do is combine the mayo and sriracha and stir well to combine! That’s really it.

Then, once your sriracha aioli is complete, it can be stored in the fridge for two weeks as long as it is in an airtight container. This way you can make a large batch to use over and over again, or make it ahead of time for your next party.
